Shipping Policy

At OliveWoodSupply, we offer worldwide express air freight for all orders. We take great care in packaging your live edge olive wood slabs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are included in prices, and we strive to provide the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to deliver your order in a timely manner.

Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. OliveWoodSupply stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, an OliveWoodSupply representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
OliveWoodSupply can ship products anywhere in the world via FedEx or UPS. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided.  For all of your orders you qualify for free shipping. For shipments outside of the United States and Canada, we might use other carrier services. OliveWoodSupply is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by FedEx.
Order errors or changes must be reported before shipment leaves our hands.
Free Shipping – Product orders of $290 or more many western countries qualify for free Express Air Shipping.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OliveWoodSupply. If for any reason you are not happy with your live edge olive wood slab, contact us immediately

We do not accept returns. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at olivewoodsupply@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
